THE NEW UIBC WILL HAVE FOUR WORKING COMMISSIONS AND
DELEGATE ASSEMBLIES FOR BAKERS AND CONFECTIONERS
DURING THE SECOND DAY OF THE GRANADA CONGRESS, THE MEBMERS OF THE UIBC CREATED THE COMMISSIONS AND ELECTED THEIR PRESIDENTS AND THE RESPECTIVE MEMBERS FOR EACH COMMISSION

The second meeting day in Granada started with the constitution of the four Working Commissions of the new International Union of Bakers and Confectioners (UIBC), beginning with the Commission ORGANIZATION, to be chaired by Mr. Günther Koerffer from Sweden and with Brasil, CIPAN, Finland, Hungary, Sweden and Taiwan as members. Afterwards, the Commission MARKETING AND PUBLICITY held its first session, electing Mr. Andreu Llargués from Spain as President and as members the following countries: Austria, Brasil, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Mexico, Poland and Spain.

The agenda continued with the Commission ECONOMY AND SOCIAL POLICY, chaired by Christian Vabret from France with the members France, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland and Spain, finally followed by the session of the Commission VOCATIONAL TRAINING, which is chaired by Stefan Romang from Switzerland and will have the close collaboration of the following countries: Brasil, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Spain and Switzerland.
Commission ECONOMY AND SOCIAL POLICY. President: Christian Vabret (FRA). Members: France, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland and Spain.
Commission VOCATIONAL TRAINING. President: Stefan Romang (CHE). Members: Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Spain and Switzerland.
In addition, the new UIBC has separate Delegate Assemblies for the profession of bakers and the profession of confectioners, which will be exclusively dedicated to handle issues related to their corresponding sector. The Delegate Assembly for Bakers was established under the Presidency of Mr. Boldiszár ILONKA (HUN) and its members are Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary and Spain. The Delegate Assembly for Confectioners has Mr. Gerhard SCHENK as President and its members are Austria, Brazil, Germany, Hungary and Sweden.
