BAKERY FEDERATION IN ARGELIA CELEBRATES WORLD DAY OF BREAD WITH NATIONAL COMPETITION AND SELECTION FOR AFRICA CUP
Monsieur Youcef KALAFAT, President of the National Bakery Federation of Algeria, reported at the latest UIB Congress in Casablanca about a special event his Federation organised on 16th October 2012. Celebrating the World Day of Bread, they held a National Bread Competition and Show, selecting at the same time their National Team to represent the Algerian Bakery at the Coup d'Afrique, the African Bakery Championship that took place at Salon CRÉMAI in Casablanca, on 19th and 20th March 2013. And the Team from Algeria made the third rank!!
